
Mr. NGIN Saorath – EXECUTIVE Director
Mr. Saorath has been serving as the Executive Director of CDPO since 2005. He holds a Bachelor Degree in English Literature and a Master Degree in Public Administration. He has been involved with disability work since 1997. In 1999 he received a scholarship to study Leadership and Independent Living of People with Disabilities in Japan. Under his leadership, CDPO has produced significant achievements such as the development of 56 DPOs within 24 provinces and municipalities, including 8 Women with Disability Forums in 8 provinces and development of the Law on the Protection and the Promotion of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. He coordinated the organisation of the International Day for Disabled People (IDDP) from 2005 to 2008, which was a resounding success. He was voted as Chair of the ASEAN Disability Forum in 2012 and as Chair of ASEAN GO-NGO Forum in 2013. As a person with a disability, he has a strong commitment and is working toward the promotion of dignity and equal rights and social welfare of people with disability in Cambodia through his service with CDPO. He has a dream to build a “Society for All” where people with disabilities are living without discrimination in Cambodia.

Ms. MAK MONIKA – PROGRAM Manager
Ms. Monika has been working for CDPO since 2015 and has more than 14-year experiences work with disabilities moment. She contributes to the disability movement in Cambodia with a variety of activities such as advocacy and lobbying with government ministries, private companies, disability rights awareness training and events, TV and radio talk shows, workshop and forum facilitation, rights monitoring reporting and positioning paper writing, She graduated as a Bachelor Degree of Management and completed many personal development courses at national and international level.

Mr. VONG Monea – FINANCE and Admin Manager
Monea has twelve years of work experience in the business and social development sector. He has spent nine years on the disability movement in Cambodia through working with CDPO since 2007. He contributes to the disability movement in Cambodia through taking part in day-to-day operation and financial and administration management. He provides training and coaching on financial and accounting, procurement management, grant management, administrative and human resource management to his colleagues. He also supervise Grant Finance Officer to train and coach Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs) on bookkeeping. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Economic Development and a Master Degree of Finance and Banking. He is interested in working with CDPO since it provides him knowledge and new experiences to build his capacity.

Mr. CHHOR Bunnaroath – DISABILITY And Health Spacailist
Mr. Bonnaroath has 24-year experiences in the social development sector and a background in education, adult learning, human rights, women and children’s rights, good governance, advocacy and as well as decentralization since 1994 and up to date. He has started working at CDPO in July 2010 and up to the present. He contributes to the disability movement in Cambodia through his work on taking care of the day-to-day management of Abilis Partnership Program and the latest Disability and Health unit of CDPO Program Unit. Before working with CDPO, he worked for Cambodian Institute of Human Rights (CIHR) as translator for three years, good governance coordinator for four years and project coordinator of commune clerk for one year. Then, he had been served for one year with National Election Committee as reporter. He also worked with Women for Prosperity, a local NGO for seven years as Project Coordinator to provided training to women of commune council and technical support to CCWC in the target areas of UNICEF. He graduated as a junior high school teacher and a senior high school teacher. He is interested in working with CDPO because it provides him opportunities to show the ability.

Mr. TOUCH Vuth – PROGRAM Coordinator, DPOs Development Program
Mr. Vuth has been serving as the Program Coordinator of CDPO since May, 2013. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Animal Health and Production from Royal University of Agriculture and a Master Degree in Agriculture and Rural Development Management. He has been involved with INGOs/NGOs work since 1997 and disability work in 2012. He has worked for World Vision Cambodia, Lutheran World Federation, Oxfam Australian and Cambodia Trust. He has long term experience in program development and management, training development and coordination. He has a high level of commitment and is working towards the protection and promotion of the rights of people with disability in Cambodia through his service with CDPO. He has a dream to build the “Capacity of Disabled People’s Organisations” which in 24 provinces could represent diverse disability groups and lead them to claim their rights and live a dignified life.

Mr Sreun thona- HR & Admin officer
Thona joined Cambodian Disabled People’s Organization (CDPO) in 2014. Graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, he is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management. He provides day-to-day operation on human resource and administration to the Finance and Administration Department of CDPO. His commitment and willing to see CDPO’s staff capacity are strong in term of professional work and academic writing. To do so, he is playing very important role in promoting capacity building activity through looking for internal and external training both in Cambodia and outside Cambodia and assist Finance & Admin Manager, Management Team in managing and facilitating Human Resource and Administration duties in compliance with external and internal control policies and procedures.

Ms. PHUM Lakena – RADIO MC, Awareness Raising and Communication Program
Laken In 2015, she worked for Voice of people with disabilities in position as a radio producer role that is responsible for producing the round table discesstion, That includes pre-meeting with team work or Donor to choose the topics and speaker, Produce Spot Announcing on Program, Produce Spot Announcing before like, on Broadcasting Spot promoting on program, Produce spot announcing on topic, Produce vox-pop, produce the materials for program, Contact with speaker is available, Prepare invitation letter to guest speaker and sent out, do budget request for speaker travel, Contacte guest speaker to relate invitation letter, Confirm guest speaker, Facilitated the program, Cut sound for rebroadcasted and keep in data. Production trailer,spot,slogan and radio program that donors buy air time, reading news,produce and MC other entertainment,as opeator and edit and cut sound for other festival, Edit recorded sound for rebroadcasting and Help radio team to produce round table.

Mr. ROYNEA Phally – RADIO Technical
Roy Nea Phally Radio technicians, often called radio operators, are responsible for maintenance and repair of radio equipment, as well as receiving and transmitting communication. Maintenance on radio machine, make sure that radio keep in good shape , good sound, good live broadcast, keep up with to provinces radio network of VPD Radio,

Ms. KHAN Savry – RADIO MC
Khan Savry has worked for CDPO since January 2014 As a Radio MC. She has been involved in the disability movement in Cambodia through her work in the project that promotes accessibility for persons with disabilities in electoral processes On Air throught Voice of Persons with Disabilities (VPD). She has a Bachelor Degree of Accounting from VANDA Institute and skills in facilitation of radio programs/TV talk show/events, doing research and data analysis, she contributes to CDPO achieving the goal of persons with disabilities participating more fully and equally and living the dignity in society and community.

Mr. PHOEUN Veasna – PROGRAM Assistant
Veasna has been serving as the Program Assist of CDPO since December, 2016. He holds a Bachelor Degree in English from Human Resources University. He has graduated Bachelor Degree in English since 2009. He has 4 year-experience in teaching English at Milky Way School. He contributes to the disability movement in Cambodia through taking part in monitoring and providing coaching to Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs). He has a dream to build the “Capacity of Disabled People’s Organizations” which in 25 provinces could represent diverse disability groups and lead them to claim their rights and live a dignified life. and accountability which are part of CDPO’s values. Currently, she is improving the DPOs/WWDF’s financial reporting to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Ms. PHO Phanna – ACCOUNTING Assistant
PHO phana She working experience with Camboidia people with Disability (CDPO) As an accounting Assistant, classify, and manipulate financial data for organizations and individuals. instrumental within organizations as means of determining financial stability. Responsible for determining an organizations Document Oganizing DC. She contributes to the disability movement in Cambodia with a variety of activities such as advocacy and lobbying with government ministries, private companies, factories, INGOs/NGOs; DPOs and Women with Disability Forums (WWDF) development, assisting in facilitation of events, She year 3 at Western University As a Accountain. She is interested in working for CDPO because CDPO provides opportunities to staff for capacity building and Provide help to persons with Disability access to information
And working to promote people with disability fully participates in society and living with Dignity.
